Chelsea Renee Balan, 23, of Richfield, passed away February 23, 2020 in Kearns. She was born September 4, 1996 in Murray to Christopher George and Stacy Ann Clantz Balan.

A 2014 graduate from Richfield High School, Chelsea was currently the general manager of Smash Burger in the Salt Lake City area. She was a fun-loving person; the best daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin and friend there could be. She had the ability to make any bad situation good. We will miss you dearly, Chelsea.

Chelsea is survived by her parents; brothers: Carter and Chandler Balan, both of Richfield; 2 nieces; grandparents: Antionette Frazier; Russell Clantz; great-grandmother, JoAn Clantz.

Preceded in death by: grandparents: Rick Balan, Tracy Clantz; uncle, Richard Balan.
