Our mother and grandmother Zoe Pullman Bruschke, passed peacefully from this life January 19, 2018 in St. George at the age of 96. She was born September 2, 1921 in Salt Lake City to William Pullman and Laura Ferdone Helm. She is survived by three daughters Leslie (Hal) Eckert, Debbie Duffield (Lance) and Tina (Warren) Taylor and her daughter-in-law, Susan Bruschke; 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert B. Bruschke; son, Kim Bruschke; and granddaughter, Emilee Bruschke.
Zoe graduated from South High School and Heniger College and worked in accounting for many years in the Salt Lake Area. She and Al raised their family in Oregon, Washington and Utah and for a time lived in Twin Falls, Idaho.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had a love for the gospel and served for many years in the Salt Lake Temple which brought her great happiness.
Zoe was a homebody who loved sunflowers, reading, history, politics, cross stitch embroidery, the New York Times crossword puzzle, opera, old movies and her family.
During her last days she was attended by her daughter, Leslie Ann and daughter-in-law, Susan; and hospice nurse, Sherri Burris whom we would like to thank for their loving care.
Graveside services and internment will be on Wednesday January 24, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive, in Salt Lake City. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti. Online guestbook at www.maglebymortuary.com
