Our beloved husband, son and brother, William Ray "Bill" Walters, 51, passed away unexpectedly, November 14, 2012 in Provo. He was born March 15, 1961 in Burbank, California to Raymond Jesse and Judith Jeannette Brown Walters. He married Elaina Wells, May 29, 1999 in Reno, NV.
Bill has worked for Monroe City for many years. His main responsibility was taking care of the cemetery. He always took great pride in the appearance of the cemetery, especially at Memorial Day. His efforts were appreciated by many and in doing so he touched a lot of hearts. Bill’s personality and humor will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Bill loved fishing, hunting and enjoyed tormenting and teasing everyone he was around!

Bill is survived by his wife of Monroe; step-daughters, Jennifer Barnes & Kabriel Loftis; grandchildren: Michaela and Caenen; mother, Judy, Monroe; brother, Ron (Jen Briggs); Ohio; nieces, Leah and Alisha.
Recently preceded in death by father, Ray.
