Willard George Rogers, 100, passed away June 18, 2012 in Richfield. He was born June 2, 1912 in Kanosh, Utah to George and Isabella Day Rogers. He married Norma Hawley, October 10, 1936 in Beaver, Utah. The marriage was solemnized November 21, 1947 in the Manti LDS Temple. She preceded him in death May 26, 2002.
Willard is survived by his children, Hawley (John W.) Brown of Riverside, CA, Dina Jill (Wm. Ed) Wellington of Central Valley, Rosalee (Gene) Higgins of Brush Prairie, Washington, Becky Ann (Calvin K.) Hales of Central Valley; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Central LDS Ward Chapel located in Annabella. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield on Sunday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. and at the ward chapel in Annabella on Monday from 9:30 to 10:30. Graveside services will take place in the Kanosh Cemetery on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral Directors, Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
