Warren Morgan, 76, passed away while at home on March 23, 2017 after complications from a recent hip surgery. He was born in Kentucky on November 8, 1940. He served honorably in the Marines.
Warren married Irene Medinsky on November 13, 1974 in Pennsylvania. After two years, they moved to Idaho and a daughter was born two years later. They lived in various western states, working in the logging industry and fighting forest fires. Warren worked at the Central Utah Correctional Facility in Gunnison and enjoyed this rewarding career for many years. He loved hunting, fishing, and being outdoors most of all.
Warren’s grandchildren, Cody Warren Morgan and Alexis Lynn "Lexie" Morgan, were the ‘light" of his life, along with his loving wife, Irene.
Cremation services were held. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at the Gunnison Stakes Center.
Warren lived a good, full life, doing the things he loved and will be missed greatly.
