    Our loving husband, father, and grandfather, Verdi Martin Rasmussen, 70, of Elsinore, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023 at his home.  He was born February 9, 1952 in Glendale, CA to Verdi Wendell and Della Margaret Sorenson Rasmussen. He married Della Mae Winn on April 23, 1976 in Ely, Nevada.
    Verdi was good at fixing any thing. . He loved helping others, being out doors and going to the races. He owned and operated United Automotive for 43 yeras.  A member of the Richfield Elks Lodge, he served as chaplain. 
    Verdi is survived by his wife, Della; children: Stormee Tabish, Salt Lake City; Verdi Jason Rasmussen, Monroe; grandchildren: Shynille, Jaden, Shaylee, Ashlynn, Bodie, Jralin, Brexten, and Mylee; siblings: Kathy (John) Tanner, Sandy; Kevin Tiffany Rasmussen, AZ.
    Preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Misty Dawn Farnsworth; brother, George Ferrell Rasmussen.
    Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Elsinore Ward Chapel. Friends may call Wednesday evening at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. or Thursday morning at the ward chpael in Elsinore, from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  Burial will be in the Monroe City Cemetery.
