Sterling Dwight Fox, 7o years old, of Circleville Utah, passed away on, May 10, 2020 in Cedar City Utah due to a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. He was born April 15, 1950 in Henderson, NV, the son of Shirl and Elna Gardner Fox.
His career was as a professional contractor and stucco worker. Known for his professional and hard work, he prospered and was very successful in his career. He spent most of his life in St. George, Utah working in construction.
His interests included fishing, the mountains, hunting and anything outdoors. He also loved his horses and taking mountain rides.
His loves were his kids, family and friends, and had many of them. His likes were food, including: Coke-a-Cola, pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, and of course, Hershey chocolate bars, banana bread, along with powdered white donuts, McDonald’s, Applebee’s, and Cafe Rio.
He is survived by his children: Jesse Fox, Nicole (Joe) Currier, Angie (Brett) Holyoak, Trent (Libby) Fox, and Raquel Memmott; grandchildren: Zachery Holyoak, Tanner Holyoak and McKell Holyoak; Savannah Werner and Sunni Currier; Martin Fox, Tylor Fox and Trent (Kaysen) Fox; siblings: Shirl (Tina) Fox, Shirlene (John) Latzke; sister-in-law, Kathy Fox.
Preceded in death by his parents; a infant son; brother, Owen Fox.
He will be missed very much and loved beyond measure. Forever in our hearts. Go, rest high on a mountain top, Daddy, for you're work here on earth is done!! Forever, be that cowboy we all know and love. And, may you rest in peace!!
