Sandra "Annie" Virginia Porter Morrison passed away peacefully at her home in Richfield on January 25, 2018. She was born the very day Pearl Harbor was bombed in 1941. She lead an eventful, adventurous life before passing away at 76 years of age.

Sandra is predeceased by her husband, Scott Morrison; and her parents, Marion Porter and Virginia Connor. She is survived by her children: Kellee Felsch, Garn Christensen, Jim Barsch, Aram Barsch and Joseph Barsch.

Horseback riding, gardening, and cooking were her favorite pastimes. Being paraplegic for the past 14 years, she was unable to pursue her hobbies. She loved her grandchildren tremendously, and they loved rides on her lap in her wheelchair.

Now, the wheelchair and children are left behind, but so are her disabilities. As one grandchild said, "Grandma’s in heaven, riding her horse and running and dancing with Grandpa Scotty."

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Central Valley Community Center, 75 North Center Street. All of her friends and family are invited to attend.
