Sally Lou Meier Ellis was born January 23, 1937 to Champ and Mary Meier. She passed away at the age of 85 at her home surrounded by her loving family on June 13, 2022.  She spent most of her life in Richfield where she was a very active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her love for her Heavenly Father and her Savior Jesus Christ, family and friends was the source that allowed her to thrive in life.  She enjoyed the ride and all those who rode with her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Champ and Mary Tippetts Meier; brother, Joe Meier; grandson Kenny; and step son, Ray.

She is survived by her sisters, Karen, and Vivian; brother, Wayne; children: Vickie, Larry, Kristina, Steven, Shaun and Jim; step daughter, Robyn; and 16 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
