He is survived by his wife, Karlee; son, Asher, both of Glenwood; parents Kort and Shellie; brother, Dylan, Richfield; mother-in-law, Julie (Gary) Swope, Kingman, AZ; grandparents: Bonnie Nay, Richfield; Linda and Bob Perkins, Tooele; Linda Mackay, Taylorsville; Gary and Carol LeFevre, Glenwood; aunts & uncles: Natalie (Todd) Gleave, Richfield; Stephanie (Brandon) Allen, Angela (Jason) Waters, all Cedar City; Laurice (John) Lake, Grantsville; Jenny (Wayne) Olsen, West Valley City; Nancy (David) Carlson, Louisiana; Justin (Anna) LeFevre, St. George; & many beloved cousins.
He was preceded in death by brother, Dustin Kort Mackay; infant sister; grandfathers: Phil Nay, Keith Larry Mackay; cousin, Patrick Todd Gleave.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 12:00 Noon in the Richfield LDS 9th Ward Chapel, 159 North 400 West. Friends may call Friday at the Magleby Mortuary from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday at the ward chapel from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery. Funeral Directors, Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
