Ronald Moral Watts, 66, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2020 at his home in Aurora. Ron was born November 4, 1953 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Moral C and El-Nita Christensen Watts, of Aurora. Ron graduated from North Sevier High School, class of 1971

Ron married Diana Christensen and together they had Alan, Benjamin and Sarah. Ron and Diane later divorced. Ron married Linda Mae Bible Davis and they were happily married 27 years. She preceded him in death August 27, 2018.

A man of many talents, Ron worked many years in the auto body and mechanic industry. He also worked many years at Georgia Pacific and Redi Therm. Ron was a handy man, always working on a project around the house.

Ron served in the United States Army from 1971-1973 as a sharp shooter. He received the National Defense Service Medal for Sharp Shooter. Ron’s love for guns continued through his life. He loved a good shooting competition with anyone who was up for the challenge. He loved his country and served proudly. He was a proud Trump supporter.

With a talent for music, Ron played the harmonica, accordion, electric organ and saxophone. He learned to play by ear, never taking a lesson. He had a love for southern rock and had an extensive music collection.

Motorcycles was also a love of Ron’s. He had a need for speed and loved the freedom of the open road. He also enjoyed a good cup of coffee, always had a funny one-liner to say; but most importantly, he loved his dogs, Charly and Scruffy.

Ron is survived by his children: John Davis, Alan Watts, Benjamin Watts and Sarah Scott; brothers, Robert (Susan) and Odell (Susan). He is preceded in death by his parents and loving wife, Linda.

Cremation services have been held. Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Aurora LDS Ward Chapel. Burial will be in the Aurora Cemetery with military honors.
