Ronald Swain
Redmond, Utah
Ronald Alan Swain, passed unexpectedly from this earthly realm July 5 2021 at the age of 57 at his home in Redmond Utah. He was born September 26, 1963 to Richard Gates Swain and Jean Hoppe Schuenman Swain in Henderson, Nevada.
Ron experienced hardship in his life at the age of six he was pronounced dead from a bicycle accident. He was hit by a car riding off of a hill. He was revived in the ambulance from a severe head injury and was in a body cast for three months. There were lifetime effects from that accident, but it never effected his amazing heart and gentle kind soul to everyone he knew. Ron had a smile for everyone and everyone who knew him loved him.
Ron graduated from North Sevier High School in 1982 where he was on the basketball, football and track teams. He worked at the Branding Iron Inn, Fishlake Lodge in the summers which he loved and Mom’s Cafe as a head cook for years.
He married Virginia “Ginger” Sixkiller on May 25, 2005. Ron was always so grateful for anything anyone ever did for him and in turn Ron would have given the shirt off of his back to anyone who needed it. Yes he had his demons and alcohol took him but it never took his beautiful heart. You are loved Ronnie and we will miss you.
He is survived by his wife Virginia “Ginger” Swain; siblings, Sharon Roberts, Gregory Swain, and Myrna Anderson; nephews, Westton, Jace, Travis, Tanner and Jayden; nieces, Karissa and Emily. He was preceded in death by his parents.
