Our beloved father, son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend, Ronald Dee "Ronnie" Farnsworth, 53, passed away August 18, 2014 in Riverton, Utah after a long courageous battle with pain and disabilities from physical injuries. Ronnie is now standing tall, walking among the angles. He was born May 30, 1961 in Richfield to Ronald Dale and Betty Jean Barney Farnsworth.
Ronnie loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling and rock hounding. He loved Bruce Lee, karate, drawing, painting, making jewelry and playing board games. He lived music and was always singing and rocking out to his "air" guitar and drums. He was a devoted member of the LDS Church. Ronnie loved children and they loved him. They held a special place in his heart and kept a smile on his face.
He is survived by children: Brande (Tad) Hunter, Chellsie and Jeremy Farnsworth; mother, Betty Farnsworth; brother, Russell; sisters: Jody F. Uribe, Amy Farnsworth, Janice (Michael) Croff; grandchildren: Taylee and Caden Hunter; grandmother: Faye Barney; sisters and brothers-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father; brothers, Ryan and Rick Farnsworth; grandparents: Orean Barney, Dennis and Pearl Farnsworth.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Richfield East LDS Stake Center, 800 North 500 East. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 or at the stake center on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
