Roger Dickinson
Roger Dickinson 66, passed away at home on Sunday April 1, 2012 in Everett, WA.
He was born to Jack and Alma Bridges Dickinson in Panquitch UT, Dec. 6 th 1945.
The family moved to Richfield, where Roger attended high school. He joined the National Guard in March 1964 and was discharged in Dec of 1970.
He married Dawn Williams Dickinson on Nov. 221, 1970 and was later divorced, then remarried.
Roger attended Lineman school with Wells Rural Electric in Wells, Nv , then the family moved to Lake Tahoe, NV where he worked for Sierria Pacific. He later went to work for L&M Line Builders in SLC, UT where he obtained several certificates for his outstanding performance with line safety and expertice.
Roger is survived by his wife, Dawn Dickinson, Everett, WA, his son Cody John Dickinson, Boise, ID, and 3 daughters, Carla Jean Dickinson, Fara Leigh Dickinson Diaz and Tina Dawn Dickinson Anderson all of Everett, WA. He also has 5 grandchildren, Skyler Cody Dickinson, Brittny Maddison Diaz, Damien Lee Diaz and Samuel Clayton Anderson all of Everett, WA and Kirstina Morgan Diaz of Kingman AZ.
He is also survived by sisters, Sherry Lewis, Pearl Rogers, and brothers, Almon, Cliff, Bob, Lloyd and Ricky Dickinson.
He is preceded by his parents, sister, Lennis Helquist and brother Gary Dickinson.
Roger wished his body be donated to science through MedCure in Portland. His remains will be cremated and returned to his family in Everett where there will be a small service.
