Roberta Madsen Pitts, 77, passed away February 18, 2013 in Richfield. She was born June 15, 1935 in Provo to Jonathan Sanders and Erma Stubbs Madsen. She married Glenn Edward Pitts, May 10, 1955 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Roberta was a wonderful, loving, beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was an active member of the LDS Church and has served faithfully in many callings.
Survived by her husband Glenn, Monroe; children: Jewell (Nick) Reynolds, Panguitch; Cal (Shelly) Pitts, Cedar Hills; Tracy (Kelly) Alvey, Sigurd; Angela (Paul) Condie, Murrieta, CA; 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren with another on the way; brother, Rulon J (Jeniel) Madsen, Lindon; sister, Gay (Dennis) Gay, Salt Lake City.
Preceded in death by parents.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Monroe 2 nd Ward. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the Magleby Mortuary and Saturday in the ward chapel from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Monroe City Cemetery.
