Robert Anderton, 77, of Marysvale, passed away June 25, 2020 in Richfield. He was born June 9, 1943 in Marysvale to Alma Wesley and Geneva Christina Anderson Anderton. He married Vicky Lee Griffith, June 16, 1961in Granger, Utah, she preceded him in death, October 19, 2019.

He was born and raised in Marysvale. Though he worked as a heavy equipment operator all over the west, he always came home to Marysvale to be with family, tend his animals and take care of his farm. He and Vicki are past members of the Elk’s Lodge in Tooele. He was also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He is survived by his children: Robby Anderton, Clayton (Stephanie) Anderton, Connie (Todd) Gibbs, Clint Anderton; 31 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; brother, Donald Anderton. In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Verl, Bud, Bernice, Harold, Maxine, Ned, Ralph and Grant.

Graveside services and interment will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 in the Anderton Family Cemetery in Marysvale. Family and friends visitation at the cemetery after 10:00 a.m.
