Raymond Shirl Feller, 84, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, at home, on February 24, 2016, in Richfield, Utah. He was born June 28, 1931, in Milford, Utah to Shirl and Lucille Yeates Feller. He married Marianne Elizabeth Millward on August 23, 1954. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They had four children.

Raymond was active in sports and in community service throughout his youth and adulthood. Following his service in the Air Force during the Korean War era, he finished his college education at Fresno State University with a bachelor's degree in criminology. He also attended the University of Utah prior to his marriage. In California (and later in Utah) he worked as an insurance adjuster and in private investigation. While living in California he served for almost twenty years on the Board of Zoning Adjustment and the Modesto City Planning Commission, including time as chairman of both organizations.

Raymond was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was absolutely devoted to his family who will miss his gentle kindness, love and counsel.

Raymond is survived by his wife and children: Kris (Rick) Stanley, Kingsburg, CA; Jami (Clark) Pearson, Richfield, UT; Todd (Kim) Feller, Joseph, UT; Kirk (April) Feller, Draper Utah; 22 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his only sister, LuAnn (Dick) Owen, Murray, UT; and by his dear brothers and sisters-in-law: Jim and Merelyn Millward, St. George, UT; Nancy and Bill Sherwood, Salt Lake City, UT.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 29, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the Richfield 9 th Ward Chapel, 159 N 400 W, where friends may call from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Richfield City Cemetery with miltiary rites by the V.F.W. Sevier Post #5050 and Hill AFB Honor Guard. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
