Penny Walbeck

Penny Mills Fuellenbach Walbeck, passed away in her home on Saturday, December 28, 2019, after a 5-year battle with Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD), an aggressive degenerative neurological disorder. She was 66 years old. Penny was born in Richfield, Utah on September 30, 1953 to Ivan Earl and Weitta Jensen Mills. She was the youngest of three children. She married Mark Fuellenbach, July 2, 1971. They were later divorced. Penny then married William Blake Walbeck, June 21, 2008.
Penny was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a graduate of South Sevier High School and member of the riding club where she competed in western pleasure. She received her Associates Degree from Snow College South. Penny was a life-long resident of Sevier County and worked as the Executive Secretary for the Six County Association of Governments for 14 years.
Survived by her loving husband, Wm. Blake; children: Shawn (Yvonne) Fuellenbach, Brookline, MA; Lisa (Jeanne) Fuellenbach, St. George; and Heidi Fuellenbach, Park City; stepchildren: Travis B. Walbeck, Auburn, AL; Tyler J. Walbeck, Lovell, WY; Bradley P. Walbeck, Fort Collins, CO; 6 grandchildren; siblings: Ronald (Rainie) Mills and Margie Mills, both of Monroe. Proceeded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 3, 2020 at 12:00 Noon in the Richfield 1st Ward Chapel, 985 South 400 West, where friends may call on Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at the Richfield City Cemetery.
