Heaven gained the kindest, most loving angel, on September 17, 2015 when Alma Paul Morgan, 83, of Circleville returned to his Heavenly Home. He was born February 4, 1932 in Richfield, Utah, to Alma and Alice Gunnel Mortenson Morgan. He married Lois Pauline Dickinson, February 12, 1960 in the St. George LDS Temple.

Paul was active in the LDS Church. Served as bishop, counselor in the stake presidency, and many other church callings. He graduated from Piute High School where he served as student body president. He graduated from BYU with a BS degree. Paul was a veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force as a captain. He was active in the community serving on the Piute County School Board for 32 years, County Commissioner for 12 years, Utah Dairy Commission for over 20 years, and many other boards. He was an accomplished dairy farmer. He loved every aspect of his occupation and never worked a day in his life. He always said, "If you love what you do it’s not work". He loved everyone he came in contact with and had many friends. He especially loved his wife and family and enjoyed being with them. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

He is survived by his wife, Lois of Circleville; children: Lori (Dave) Henrie, CA; Lane (Jennifer) Morgan, Santa Clara; Allyson (Derrin) Jensen, McKay (Gwen) Morgan, Alma Lynn (Priscilla) Morgan and Martin (Hilery) Morgan, all of Circleville; 32 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters: Gloria (Grant) Houston, Panguitch; Afton (Marilyn) Morgan, Circleville.

Preceded in death by parents.

Funeral services will be held on Monday September 21, 2015 at 12:00 Noon in the Circleville LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Ward Chapel in Circleville on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Monday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be with Military Rites by the VFW Piute Post #7561 and the Air Force Honor Guard in the Circleville Cemetery. Funeral directors, Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
