Patti Lou Haslam

Patti Lou Carstensen Haslam, passed away November 13, 2014, at her home in St. George, UT. She was the daughter of C.O. and Mary Lynn Jones Carstensen. She grew up in Richfield. Patti married Richard P. "Has" Haslam, August 8, 1952 and they had four sons.

Patti was a very devoted wife, helping Has while he taught at Richfield High School and at Snow College. She was always proud of him and her boys. She and Has had many opportunities to travel, which she loved. She was an avid reader and people watcher. She also enjoyed sewing, needlework and decorating her homes.

Patti will be missed by her four sons and their families: Richard Price (Susan) of Springville, Philip C (Marlene) of Enoch, Lew Brevant (Kathy) of Cedar City, Marc Lynn (Andrea) of Payson; 16 grandchildren and 29 wonderful great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Mary Jane Mortensen and brother, C. Rodney Carstensen, both of St. George. Patti is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Has; and brother, Richard Orval Carstensen.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 12:00 Noon in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, where friends may call to visit with the family after 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
