Parker Don Thompson, 16, passed away August 12, 2017 in Glenwood, Utah due to a motor-cycle accident. He was born December 21, 2000 in Richfield Utah to Linsey Thompson and Daniel Guernsey.
Parker was a very outgoing person who was loved by many. He enjoyed doing anything out doors from hunting, fishing, riding his dirt bike, and just being in the mountains. He spent his free time welding in the shop and enjoy every minute of it. He loved his hounds and chasing coons. He always dreamed of having his own 12 valve Dodge Cummins.
Parker had a big heart and would do anything for anyone. He loved spending time with his family. Anyone who knew Parker knew that he had a contagious smile, and a sense of humor you couldn’t help but be drawn too. Parker made friends everywhere he went. He will be missed by many.
Parker is survived by his parents: Linsey Thompson, Richfield; Daniel and Linda Guernsey, Taylorsville; siblings: Tyler Thompson, Richfield; Mason Gardner, McKinley Gardner, both of Monroe; Tyson Guernsey, Trey Guernsey, Taylor Guernsey, Tanner Guernsey, all of Taylorsville; Kyler Caldwell, Coy Caldwell, Kalen Caldwell; grandparents: David Thompson, Junction; Gary and Margaret Allen, Kingston; Sue Guernsey, Taylorsville. He is preceded in death by grandfather, William S. Guernsey and nephew Maddox Guernsey.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 18, 2017 at 12:00 Noon in the Circleville 1st Ward Chapel. Friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield, and Friday at the ward chapel in Circleville from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Junction Cemetery.
