Pamela Ann Young Ellison, 70, passed away January 31, 2018 at her home in Aurora after a long illness. She was born January 16, 1948, in Dallas, Texas to William Matthew and Martha Ellen Spears Young. She married the love of her life, Robert James "R.J" Ellison, July 28, 1996 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pam loved to laugh. She was a jokester and helped others to laugh as well. She found the positive in everything around her. She had a great listening ear. She loved her home in Aurora, sitting on the porch and watching the Utah sunsets.

Pam was a lover of animals, especially dogs and kitty cats. But even more than her animals, she loved her family. Her grandchildren were her world.

Survived by her husband; children: Stacy Ann (Jim) McAlister, Tracy Ann Cole Bullard

6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings: William Matthew "Bill" Young, Jr., Brenda Sue Fields, Sherri Lynn (Donald) Wright, Carla Jean (Gary) Black

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 6 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Aurora 1st LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the chapel in Aurora from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Fillmore City Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
