Norma Deane Black Brown Windley, 88, of Provo and formerly of Richfield, passed away May 23, 2013. She was born December 3, 1924 in Richfield to Terah Lee and Elna C. Christensen Black. She married Newell A. Brown, July 12, 1943, in Richfield. The marriage was solemnized, July 12,1948 in the Manti Temple. He preceded her in death November 27, 2001. She married Jack Windley, January 8,2005 in Provo
She is survived by her husband, Jack, of Provo; children: Robert Newell (Charlotte) Brown, Vancouver, WA; Kathleen (Tom) Carter, Upland, CA; Randy Lee (Michelle) Brown, Lake Havasu, AZ; Ricky D. (Christy) Brown, San Antonio, TX; 17 grandchildren; sister, Shirley Asay.
She is also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Loretta; brothers: Doyle, Lee, and Don Black; sister, Carolyn Hooper.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 12:00 Noon in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, 50 South 100 West, in Richfield where friends may call from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. burial will be in the Richfield Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
