Norma Jean Coffey Biagi, 88, passed away April 19, 2013. Norma was born October 31, 1924 in Norman, Oklahoma to Chattie and Ethel McGlasson Coffey. She married Edwin Leroy Hammond in 1940. Later divorced. She married Frank Angelo Biagi August 21, 1960 in North Hollywood, California.

Our mom was very proud of her Cherokee/Choctaw heritage. She was a beautiful woman and in the early 50's MGM Studios wanted her to take a screen test, which she declined. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting, for which she won many awards. She enjoyed being with her family, it was the highlight of her life. She loved many animals. Everything she did, she did with all her heart. She worked at many different things, one of which, as administrator for the Monroe Senior Center for 10 years. She enjoyed helping people and will be greatly missed by all.

She is survived by her husband, Frank, of Annabella; children: Larry Jack (Janice) Hammond, Monroe; Rita Kay (Craig) Paterson, Monroe; Patricia Lee Martin, Florida; Peggy Joyce Molloy, Cave Creek, AZ; Susan Gail (Russell) Wagner, Anthem, AZ; Tina Maria Plott, Glendale, AZ; 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; brothers: Perry and Arthur Coffey.

Preceded in death by parents; daughter, Bella Angela Biagi; sister, Shirley Coffey.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Annabella 2 ^nd Ward Chapel. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. in the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield and Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the ward chapel in Annabella. Burial will be in the Monroe City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
