Nancy Lee Brown

January 24, 1940 — July 17, 2012

Nancy Lee Gilbert Brown, 72, Ephraim, returned home to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father and the open arms of many family members waiting for her on July 17, 2012.
She was born on January 24, 1940 in Salt Lake to George Stewart and Genieve Gilbert. She was the oldest of 5 children.
She married Rolin Brown on July 1, 1965 in the Salt Lake Temple. Together they had 5 children.
She was an active member of the LDS Church where she faithfully and enjoyed working in the Family History Center. She was also a Temple worker in the Jordan River Temple and the Manti Temple. She loved visiting teaching and enjoyed going home teaching with Rolin.
Mom lived for her children and grandchildren. She love to be around them as much as she could. She enjoyed family outings and get togethers and loved to watch the grandkids in performances.
She is survived by her loving eternal companion;  sister, Janette Minson; brother, Lynne Gilbert; sons, Loren Brown of Beaver, Brent (Dorette) Brown of West Valley; daughters, Brenda (Dennie) Clark of Ephraim and Kimberly Abbey of Kearns; 23 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter due in November.
Preceeded in death by parents, 1 brother , 1 sister, daughter Caroline and baby grandson Kody.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday July 21st, 2012 in the Ephraim 6th ward chapel, 420 North 200 West in Ephraim, where friends may call on Friday evening from 7 to 8 and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45.  Burial will be in the Ephraim Park Cemetery.
