Morris Homer Crabb, 93, of Richfield, passed away May 1, 2022 at his home. He was born July 10, 1928 in Elsinore to Frank Morris Crabb and Hilda Sophie Christiansen Crabb. He married Maria Delores on November 2, 1963.
A retired career military veteran, Morris honored and served our country in World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam War. He retired in 1966 in Denmark and went on to serve as a field engineer, radar expert, electronics specialist for the Army/Navy. He was also an electronics teacher for Bendix Corporation. He owned Elsinore TV Service.
Morris’ hobbies and interests include: astronomy, history, genealogy, computer science, learning, reading, studying, ice skating, space science, artificial intelligence, gourmet food, hiking Zions National Park, the Narrows, camping on Kimberly Mountain, photography, religion, nature, theology, gardening, urban farming, current events, human intelligence and kindness.
At the time of his 90th birthday celebration, Morris was noted as being worldly with a young spirit.
Survived by his wife, Maria; children: Hilda Gentry, Las Vegas, NV; Laura Huntsman, Walnut Creek, CA; James Crabb, Oakland, CA; William Crab, Elsinore; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Lita Crabb.
Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Hope Crabb.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 6, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, 50 South 100 West, Richfield, where friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Elsinore Cemetery.
