Michelle Annette "Shelly" Smith Bagley, 58, passed away unexpectedly from health issues on March 14, 2018 in Richfield, Utah. She was born November 24, 1959 in Coronado, California to Joseph Carr "J.C." and Barbara Rae Oyler Smith. She married Ricky Bagley, they later divorced.

She graduated from South Sevier (go Rams) and received an associates from SUU. Shelly worked many years in housekeeping at both the Richfield Care Center and Sevier Valley Hospital. She made many friends with all those she met, but she had a special place in heart for the patients she looked after.

She was the best aunt ever and she knew how to upset her siblings by the way she spoiled "her" kids. This was only fair as she was the baby sister and was spoiled by those who cared for her.

She is survived by her daughter, Delia Rae (Ronnie) Brewer, Richfield; siblings: Pam (Michael) Litchford, Deweyville, UT; Terry (Peggy) Smith; Joseph; Barbara "Bobbie" (Ron) Fredrickson, Avon, UT. Vast amount of loving nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law: Cathy Smith and Marsha Smith. Shelly is preceded in death by her parents: brothers, Joe and Curtis Smith.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Monroe 3rd LDS Ward Chapel, 110 South Main. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield for viewing Monday evening from 6 to 8 or at the ward chapel on Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30. Burial will be next to her folks in the Monroe City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
