"Only remember the good times." Michael Arnold Waters, 68, died of natural causes on August 4, 2016 in Portland, OR. Born in Salt Lake City on June 12, 1948 to Morice Ned and Kathryn Goodliffe Waters, Mike grew up in Salt Lake City. He graduated from South High School and the University of Utah. Mike embraced learning.
Mike married Susan Torrance (divorced), Katherine Beckwith (divorced), and Susan Tippets (divorced). He is survived by his mother, Kathryn; grandchildren: Gaugen & Callie Waters; siblings: Jeffrey (Shirley) Waters, Leah (Ron) Twitchell, Linda (David) Magleby, and Leann Garavatti. He was preceded in death by his father Ned; brother, Jerome Waters; son, Moses Waters; grandson, Xavier Lucero-Waters. He is also survived by an extended family who will miss him.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Memorial Redwood Mortuary & Cemetery, 6500 So Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah.
