Beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, Michael Del High, left this world on June 28, 2012, long before we were ready. Michael always had a loving heart and looked out for all around him with loyalty that never wavered. He lived each day to love his children and grandchild. His family and friends will forever remember Michael’s charisma, sense of humor and the stories he loved to tell of all his childhood adventures and shenanigans.
Michael was born October 3, 1971, in Richfield, Utah, the son of Kristjana High. Michael was the youngest of six siblings. He was raised in Richfield and later moved to Magna where he lived for many years until living with his sister in South Jordan.
He is survived by his mother, Kristjana High, Richfield; daughter, Mercedie Kristjana High, South Jordan; grandchild, Charlie M. Andersen, son Parker Del High and step-daughter Ashly, St. George; ex-wife Ranie Rash, St. George; brothers, Daniel Lee High, Salt Lake City; Robert Neal (Pam)Henson, Paduka, KY; sisters, Fjola Marie (Kip) Wilson, Kamas; Linda Christine (Ryan) Andersen, South Jordan; nephews, Lee, Dan, Rex, Jason and Ashley; Nieces, Kristie, Shelly, Jamie and Jennifer.
He was preceded in death by his sister Margret Dean Tidwell, Nashville, TN.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2012 in the Richfield City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield on Thursday morning, from 9:30am to 10:30am, prior to services.
