Mary Jeannette Nielson Huntsman, 74, went peacefully home November 16, 2013 in Murray, after an accidental fall. She was born February 8, 1939 in Richfield to William Ray and Thora Crane Nielson. She married the love of her life Major Robert J. Huntsman December 21, 1960 in Salt Lake City. Together they traveled the United States with the U. S. Air Force. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple. He preceded her in death May 15, 2011.
Mary enjoyed being the mother of her four children and grandma to 12 grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, her garden and many trips to Fish Lake.
She is survived by her children: Scott (Isabel) Huntsman, Nebraska; Todd (Roxy) Huntsman, Salt Lake City; David (Tracy) Huntsman, Oregon; Teresa (Dan) Chamberlain, Granstville; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson; sisters: Betty Startup and Jeannine Nielson, both of Salt Lake City.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Brian Huntsman.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, 50 S 100 W, Richfield, where friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
