Marta LuAnne Ryan Slaugh, 57, passed away February 22, 2022 in Richfield.  She was born May 12, 1964 in Tooele to Marvin Kelly and Mary Louise Dudley Ryan. When she was 8, her father died and her mother married Larry Chavis, who raised Marta.

Marta married Calvin Slaugh in Manilla, Utah. He preceded her in death.

Marta was fun, loving and caring. She loved animals and people — she had such a big and generous heart. It made her happy to make others happy.

Survived by her children: Billy J. Roberts, Richfield; Jessica M Wilson (Ronald Johnson, fiancé), St. George; Cassandra Roberts, Richfield; Jeremy Roberts, Ogden; and Hailee Buckland; 8 grandchildren; parents, Mary and Larry; siblings: Jodie (Craig) Morrill, Junction; Andrea Ryan (Trent Jensen), Elsinore; Richard Ryan, Tennessee; Beverly Ryan (Dan Teto), Tennessee.

Also preceded in death by her father, Marvin; son, Marvin McKay Roberts; brother, Kelly Ryan; granddaughter, Samantha Roberts.
