Mark Leon Johnson Jr., 41, formerly of Panguitch passed away April 5, 2018 in Arizona. He was born February 15, 1977 in Panguitch to Mark and Bettyann Nichols Johnson.

Mark is survived by his parents of Panguitch; siblings: Amy (Chris) Jensen, Douglas, WY; Pam (Jesse) Horn, Heber, AZ; Greg (Michelle) Johnson, Fremont, MI; Mike Johnson and Jeff Johnson, both of Phoenix, AZ; 21 nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his grandparents: Howard & Nedra Johnson, Max & Doris Nichols; girlfriend, Ginger Blair.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Panguitch 1st Ward Chapel, 550 South 100 West, where friends may call from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Panguitch Cemetery.
