Lyle Wills Gale, 70, passed away August 13, 2020 at his home in Elsinore. He was born September 15, 1949 in Beaver, Utah, to James Albert and Martha Alice Talbot Gale. He married Vicki Lynn Jorgensen, August 7, 1971 in the Manti Temple.
Lyle loved his family and loved spending time with them. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many positions, including executive secretary to two bishoprics. He was an avid outdoors man and hunter. He loved the outdoors, camping, riding in the mountains, and ATV-ing. He was a hard worker and will be missed by all who knew him.
Lyle is survived by his wife; children: Kimberly Lang, Draper; Cindi (Boby) Jensen, Alpine; Jennifer (Ryan) Knight, Saratoga Springs; Andrea (Justin) Santistevan and Emily (Shane) Ericksen, both of Eagle Mountain; 17 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; siblings: Arnell (Karen) Gale, Beaver; Doug Gale, Grand Junction, CO; David Gale, and Hal Gale, both of Cedar City; Steven (Kathy) Gale, Beaver; Annette (Jerald) Fullmer, Washington City; sister-in-law, Gayle Gale, Milford; mother-in-law, Earlene Jorgensen, Richfield.
Preceded in death by parents; brothers: Ronald and Paul Gale; sisters-in-law, Madalyn and Connie; father-in-law, Gordon Jorgensen.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Central Valley 2nd Ward Chapel where friends may call from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Elsinore City Cemetery with military honors by the Elsinore American Legion Post #75 and Utah Honor Guard.
