Lorraine Fay Cottrell Sherman, 88 passed away December 18, 2017 at her home in Beaver Dam, AZ. She was born December 13, 1929 in San Jacinto, California to Harvey Alson and Daisy Inez Buxton Cottrell. She married Jasper Dewey "J.D." Sherman on May 14, 1950 in Yuma, AZ. He preceded her in death November 13, 2013.
She and J.D. had a ranch at the mouth of the canyon south of Circleville, Utah, where they looked forward to spending part of each year. but as soon as snow hit, they were back at their place in Beaver Dam. She is survived by her children: Jackie Alan Sherman, Daisy Laura Sherman Kinney and Harold Lee Sherman and other family members as well.
Cremation services have taken place. No public services are planned at this time. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti, Utah.
