L. McKay Dunn, 72, died peacefully at home surrounded by his wife and family on March 14, 2015, in Pahrump, Nevada. He was born November 9, 1942, in Richfield, Utah, the first of 3 children to Lono and Shirley Dunn. He married Carol A. Woods in Las Vegas, NV on June 21, 1984.
McKay worked as an electrical engineer at the Nevada Atomic Test Site and at the Mirage Resorts in Las Vegas. He was a good man, known for his generosity and willingness to help others.
He is survived by his wife, Carol, Pahrump, NV.; his brother J. Gregory (Shannon) Dunn, North Salt Lake, UT; step-children: Scott, Lois, and Shirley; 5 grandchildren, and 7 great- grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Shyrlone Dunn Platt.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m., in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, 50 South 100 West, Richfield, where friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
