Linda Ivie

Linda Ann Henline Ivie, passed away July 13, 2013 in Gunnison. She was born September 17, 1942, in Garfield, Utah to Clarence and Dorothy Westerman Henline. She married Ronald Martin, later divorced. Married Paul Hartley, later divorced. Married William Dewey "Bill" Ivie, September 2, 1971 in Ely Nevada. He preceded her in death, June 30, 2012.
Linda will be remembered for always taking in the strays, including her children from other mothers. She always had a smile and a cup of coffee for anyone who came into the door. She always lived in Utah county until she met Dad and he showed her there was more to Utah south of Nephi. Grandchildren remember that "Grandma Coffee" always had a candy jar and a lap to sit on. She loved getting wood—just being outdoors with her husband and family.
Survived by her children: Stacy (Bart) Provstgaard, Santaquin; Kelly (Dale) Hunsaker, Redmond; Paige Hartley, Salina; Lisa (Jeff) Black, Spanish Fork; Lisa Kay (Bobby) Frederick, LaVerkin; Lila (Mick) Jackson, Fillmore; Shane (Tammie) Ivie, Washington; Waylon (Tara) Ivie, Salina; and Becky Ivie, Cedar City; 44 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; siblings: Ronald (Mick) Henline (Magna); Lee (Butch) Henline, Lewisville, TX; Nancy Sperry, Nephi; Judy Creer, Beaver Dam, AZ; Nona Benner, Spring Lake; Cathy Sayer, Magna; Lois Hoffman, Spanish Fork.
Also preceded in death by parents; son, Clarence Andrew Hartley; sisters: Marilyn Hughes, Sharon Hardman.
Graveside services and interment will be held Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Salina Pioneer Cemetery. Friends may call at the Salina 4 th Ward Chapel from 9: 00 - 10:30 a.m. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
