Lauren Edward "Ed" Rose, 82, of Richfield, passed away on September 10, 2020 in Provo, UT. Ed was born on December 6, 1937 in Salt Lake City, UT to Loren Wesley and Maude Matilda Bentzen Rose.

Ed worked as a welder for EMCO for several years until his retirement. Dad’s hobbies were hunting and fishing. After retiring, Ed enjoyed repairing lawn mowers. He never met a stranger and was a friend to all.

Ed is survived by his wife, Shirley; children: Laurel (Russell) Miller, Panguitch; David (Jody) Rose, Clearfield; Vince (Nancy) Rose, West Jordan; brother, Perry (Carolyn) Rose, Mesquite; 4 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Milton Rose and sister, Marjorie Whitehead.
