LaNell Barnson Ambrose, 77, passed away September 24, 2017 in Sandy, Utah. She was born July 25, 1940 in Kingston, Utah to Riley Ormandy and Norma Spencer Barnson. She married John Martin Ambrose, February 17, 1962 in Kearns. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple, February 17, 1964
She was a member of the LDS Church. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband; children: Dale Riley Ambrose, Sandy; Craig J. (Marie) Ambrose, West Jordan; Paul Ryan (Melissa) Ambrose, Chino Valley, AZ; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Elaine Riddle; brother-in-law, Glen Weidauer. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Garn (Bobbie) Barnson, Irene (Marion) Ackerman, Marjorie (Jack) Gleave, Ann (Todd) Riddle, Audrey Weidauer, Billy (Delano) Ratcliff; brother-in-law, Kenyon Riddle.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Junction Cemetery. Funeral Directors, Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
