Kerra Marie "Kim " Ferrell Tippins, 54, passed away March 7, 2016 in Salt Lake City, after a valiant struggle with major health problems. She was born June 17, 1961 in Blackshear, Georgia to Herbert Hugh and Willie Mae Crews Ferrell. She married Steven Tippins, they later divorced.
Kerra’s father died when she was 7 and she was raised by her mother. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Richfield. She loved her Lord with all her heart and soul. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
Survived by Gayle Beckstrom, best friend and partner, Richfield; sons: Steven Joshua Tippins, Blackshear, GA; John Hugh Tippins, Seattle, WA; sisters: Kathy Smiley, Ethel "Sprucy" Jones, both of Blackshear, GA.
Preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held Friday, March 18, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in the Woodland Park Care Center, 3855 South 700 East, Salt Lake City. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
