Kay Marie Roberts Matthews, 42, passed away November 18, 2013 in Gunnison due to an accident. She was born April 24, 1971 in Gunnison to Frank and Darla Christensen Roberts. She married Aaron Matthews, November 14, 2005 in Manti, making their home in Centerfield.
Kay was most proud of her many nieces and nephews and loved them all. She enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding 4-wheelers and Harleys. She loved Disney movies and Disneyland, having been there just two years ago with her friends.
If you knew Kay she was probably your friend. She was bright and colorful and always smiling and full of life.
She is survived by her husband of Centerfield; parents, Darla Roberts, Frank (Bonnie) Roberts; brother, Mark (Tammra) Roberts; sisters: Tina Hibben, Sue (Paul) Harrison, Nikki (Josh) Orr, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 22, 2013 at 12:00 Noon in the Centerfield 1st Ward Relief Society Room, 210 South Main, where friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Centerfield Cemetery.
