Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Karma Rae Larsen Madsen, 80, passed away on February 3, 2018 at her home in Monroe, surrounded by family. Karma was born May 18, 1937 to Merion Larsen and Ruby Matilda Christian in Richfield, Utah. She graduated from Richfield High School in 1955 and married Bert Ramsay Madsen on May 30, 1957. They are parents of three children and nine grandchildren.

Karma worked at the Richfield Care Center from 1976 until 1996. She enjoyed crocheting, doing jigsaw puzzles and crossword puzzles, and following the Utah Jazz. She spent many hours crocheting afghans that she gave away to friends and family. She loved hummingbirds and collected hummingbird décor.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Bert Madsen, Monroe; children: John Madsen, Monroe; Shawna (Mark) Christensen, Orem; Bart (Heather) Madsen, Monroe; grandchildren: Joshua Madsen, Richfield; Megan Madsen, Lake Havasu, AZ; Tyler Christensen, Pleasant Grove; Tiffany Christensen, Provo; Jessica Christensen, Logan; Lance Christensen, Orem; Buddy Gardner, Monroe; Bowden Louder, Monroe; Ian Louder, Monroe. She is also survived by her brother, Tom (Dorothy) Larsen, Richfield.

Karma was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Stan Larsen.
