Judy was a great cook and one of her proudest accomplishments was owning and operating Mama Butch's Pizza in Gunnison Utah in honor of her mother. She was influential to all and her kindness will be missed.

She met and married Douglas James Ivie in October 1978. It was love at first sight. After 44 years of marriage, his final words to her were, "You've been my best friend and companion and I have loved our life together."
