We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear loving mother and grandmother, Josie "Joye" Conder Ogden, 96, who passed away May 4, 2014 in Richfield, surrounded by family. She was born November 17, 1917 in Angle to Joseph and Eva Olive Moore Conder.

Joye married her high school sweetheart, Jack Vincent Ogden, September 26, 1937 in Austin. Being devout members of the LDS Church, their marriage was solemnized April 3, 1956 in the Manti Temple. He preceded her in death January 5, 1995.

Joye is survived by her sons: Jerry (Ellen) Ogden, Mcgill, NV; Terry (Cordy) Ogden, Austin; Randy (Paulette) Ogden, Las Vegas, NV; 7 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Wade (Elaine) Conder, Lewiston, ID; sister, Tex (Duane) Wilson, Venice.

She is also preceded in death by her parents; son, Blake; sisters: Faye (Louie) Detro, Ida (Warren) Frandson, Hope (Gabe) Ishley,  Dean (Karl) Fredrick and June (Reed) Gregerson; brothers-in-law, Ralph Ross and Keith Nielson.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks to all of the dedicated staff members of the Monroe Canyon Assisted Living and Richfield Rehabilitation and Care Center, for the professional care given to Joye through her time of need.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 9, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, 50 South 100 West in Richfield, where friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Monroe City Cemetery.
