Joseph Neil Spendlove, 79, of Circleville, UT passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in Cedar City. Neil was born to Clifford Payne and Laura Rock Spendlove in Milton, UT on March 31, 1936.

Neil was raised in Milton, UT where he enjoyed fishing, hunting and anything in the outdoors. He farmed along side his father until he left for airline training school. Neil joined the US Army in 1959 and served in the National Guard.

Neil married Kathleen Clark on August 31, 1962 in Milton, UT. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Mesa Arizona Temple. Neil loved the time he served with his wife Kathleen in the St. George LDS Temple.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; daughter, Christine (Alan) Christensen, of Pleasant Grove, UT; sons, Gregory Spendlove, Grant Spendlove and Anthony Spendlove, all of Circleville, UT; sister-in-law, Lucille Spendlove; siblings, Peter Gail Spendlove and Judy Johnson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; infant son, Camille Spendlove; sisters, Marne Pawlowski, Joyce Altergott and Raedell Layman; brother, Clifford Mark Spendlove and daughter-in-law, Renata Spendlove.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Circleville 2 ^nd Ward. Friends may call on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the Circleville Chaple from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and also prior to services at the church from 11:30-12:30, Graveside services will be held in the Milton Cemetery on January 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., friends may call prior at the Milton Ward Chapel from 12:00-1:30 p.m. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
