    Joseph Daniel Levie, age 37, passed away unexpectedly on October 16, 2023 near Marysvale. Joseph was born on December 24, 1985, in Bountiful to Daniel Levie and Peggy Jones Levie. 
    Joseph married Natalie Wilmore and was blessed with three beautiful children whom he  dearly loved: Jenna, Kaitlyn, and Bennett. They were married for 10 years - during that time Joseph graduated from the University of Utah and Parker University Chiropractic School in Texas. Their marriage ended, however Joseph’s dedication and love to his children never wavered. 
    Joseph met the love of his life two years ago. They were engaged and had a wonderful future planned. His fiancée, Naira Milhomens Dakik, and her daughter, Rivka Milhomens Siqueira, became part of his family. Naira, along with the children, were the lights in his life. As the Levie family we will always be grateful for the hope and compassion that Naira has given Joseph. 
    Joseph loved being a father. What a fun dad he was, always playing, laughing and teaching his children the things he loved in life. Joseph’s love for his children was unconditional. 
    Joseph was an amazing athlete, he had such a natural ability for anything he did. He had an extreme love for anything outdoors, whether it was playing ball, wake-boarding, fishing, etc. He created wonderful memories with his children at his cabin in Sevier. He will be dearly missed by all his loved ones. 
    Joseph is survived by his parents: Daniel (Carolyn) Levie, Peggy (Roger) Ogzewalla; children: Jenna, Kaitlyn, and Bennett; siblings: Shane Levie, Danelle (Destry) Washburn, Holly (Ryon) Gardner, Brandon Levie, Cortney (Rick) Wiles, Megan (Shawn) Bench, and Beau (Brighton) Ogzewalla; grandparents: Violet Rae Levie, Walter Vern Jones, and Norene Ranae Jones, and numerous wonderful nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
    He is preceded in death by his grandpa, Paul Dwayne Levie. 
    Graveside service will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 in the Joseph Cemetery at 10:45 am. . Memorial services will follow at the Sevier River RV Park, located at 564 South Danny Dr., Sevier, Utah 84766. There will be a memorial held at the Jewish Synagogue in Salt Lake City at a later date.
