     Johnny Lee Roberts, 69, passed away peacefully October 6, 2024 in Junction. Johnny was born June 17, 1955 to Iola Coleman Roberts and Ru lon Roberts in Richfield. He was the fourth child in his family of six boys and two girls.  
     Johnny resided in Monroe for most of his life, where he started out working as a young man milking cows and farming, until he took his first ride in a big truck and quickly found his passion as a long haul truck driver. 
     Johnny spent most of his life behind a wheel driving for various companies in the valley. In 2007 he bought his own truck and came to work for Willie Barnson & Sons and quickly became a loved member of the family. This is where Johnny remained until his passing. 
     Johnny also had a love for horses and they were his family as well. Johnny could do it all from handyman fixes, breaking and shawing horses, cowboying, running equipment, and farming.
     Johnny was a very talented man with a heart of gold and an OUTLAW spirit. Johnny offered a friendship anyone would cherish. He was a true and loyal friend. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
     Johnny is survived by siblings: Norma (George) Jensen, Austin; Albert (Elaine) Roberts, Richfield; Gary (Diana) Roberts, Elsinore; Mary (Kim) Otte, Burnet, TX; Michael (Patsy) Roberts, Richfield; Clifford (Amelia) Roberts, Newark, OH; Walter (Kathy) Roberts, Marysvale. 
     He is preceded in death by his parents.
