Kenneth Joe Owens, 66, of Lowell, OR, passed away June 8,2013 while enjoying the great outdoors in Lane County, OR. He was born March 21,1947 in Panguitch, Utah to Jack and Marie Owens. He was raised in Lark, UT and Henderson, NV.
Joe was a1965 Basic High School graduate. He loved to explore the beautiful area of Lane County and he was an RC airplane enthusiast. Most importantly, he was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Joe will be greatly missed by all who knew him. "Good Ole Joe."
Joe is survived by his wife, Dottie of Lowell, OR; daughters: Cobi Johnson, Hood River, OR; Amber Owens, Washougal, WA; grandchildren: Saida, Eric, Corina, and Tess; siblings: Dave Owens, Henderson, NV; Kim (Debbie) Owens, Moapa,NV; Katherine (Greg) Frei, Henderson, NV.
Graveside services and interment will be held Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Panguitch Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
