Jerry Ladd Shiner

Jerry Ladd Shiner, 60, of Richfield, passed away June 29, 2011, at his home in Richfield. He was born March 15, 1951, in Salina, Utah, to John Lyman and Maxine Andrews Shiner. His father later married Nila Huntsman.
Jerry Shiner was married 24 years to Joyce Bartholomew and then divorced.
Jerry enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing, camping and riding four-wheelers. He loved paying others to fix up old cars for him to show off. Cobble street will forever miss the 4 th of July explosions. He dedicated 25 years as a longwall foreman at Sufco Mine.
He is survived by his children, Jessica (Dillan) Hutchings, Richfield; Justin (Aimee) Shiner, St. George; Jeanette Walser, Richfield; and Janeil (T.J.) Christensen, Tooele; 13 grandchildren; sister, Jackie (Ivan) Pyne, TN; and brother, Andy (Julie) Shiner, Richfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation services have taken place and family graveside service and interment will be held July 16, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in the Aurora City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
