Jason Luis Chavez, 1, of Ephraim, passed away on November 13, 2013 in Salt Lake City, UT just shy of his second birthday. He was born on November 26, 2011 in Mt Pleasant, UT to Jose Luis Chavez & Laura Vega. Jason was a fun boy who loved life and being with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, Luis & Laura Chavez; siblings, Jaqui Chavez, Jenni Chavez and Jesse Chavez; grandparents, Adan & Celia Vega and Tomas & Amelia Chavez; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the St. Judes Catholic Church in Ephraim. Interment took place in the Ephraim Park Cemetery.
