Janet Dalton Roberts, 80, of Circleville, passed away August 11, 2019 in Circleville, Utah. She was born October 14, 1938 in Richfield, Utah to Vernon and Clara Edwards Dalton. She married George Wallace Roberts, August 14, 1961 in the Salt Lake Temple. He preceded her in death October 16, 2013.

Janet was a loving mother. She loved to read, garden, hike, sew and going on adventures with her grandchildren. She graduated from Brigham Young University and became a dietician. While living in Colorado, she worked for the food services at a local school part-time so she could be home when her children returned home from school. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many callings in the Primary and Relief Society. She and Wallace were ordinance workers in the St. George Temple for many years.

She is survived by children: Brett Dalton Roberts, Joyce Roberts, both of Aurora, CO; Stephanie Woodall, Orem; son-in-law, Todd Jones, Cameron Park, CA; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons.

She is also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Connie Lee Jones; grandchildren, Trevor Jones, Kylee Jones; great-granddaughter, Amelia Lynn Jones; sister, Linda Dalton.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 12:00 Noon in the Circleville 2nd Ward, where friends may call prior to the services from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Circleville Cemetery.
